A male Shih-Tzu, 7 months old, Bugsey is one of those dogs that can make you laugh without even trying. He loves other dogs and cats and is very playful. He is very special and will need a very understanding and loving home. Bugsey came in to the shelter with heartworms, he is currently in a foster home while undergoing treatment.
